airBaltic Load Factor This Year is 74% Constantly Stable

In September 2012, Latvian airline airBaltic operated 4,305 flights, or 14% less than in September 2011 when airBaltic operated 4,992 flights.

The airline carried 287,400 passengers in September. During the first nine months of 2012, airBaltic transported a total of 2,330,815 passengers.

The airline’s load factor, which represents the number of passengers as a proportion of the number of available seats, in September 2012 was at a level of 76%. The airline load factor for the first nine months of 2012 was stable 74%, compared to the first nine months in 2011.

The 15-minute flight punctuality indicator for airBaltic was at a level of 90.9% in September 2012. This means that 90 of every 100 airBaltic flights in September departed at the planned time or with a delay of no more than 15 minutes.
